Booking policies

The credit card holder will be asked to present the card while registering. Third-party cards are accepted when presenting a signed copy and a photo ID of the holder. The hotel reserves the right to reimburse payment in advance and request an alternative payment method, in case these conditions are not met.

Guests must show a valid identity document. All special requests are subject to availability and may have an extra charge.
